Marketing Depot Inc. provides digital marketing services including but not limited to search engine optimization (SEO), lead generation, local search marketing, paid advertising management, reputation management, and business consulting. All service scopes, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual client agreements.
3. SMS / Text Message Communications
By providing your mobile phone number and submitting any contact form, requesting a consultation, or opting in through our website or in person, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Marketing Depot Inc.
What We Send
Text messages may include:
- Consultation confirmations and appointment reminders
- Campaign updates and reporting notifications
- Follow-ups on proposals or service inquiries
- Client service communications and account alerts
- Promotional offers and marketing announcements (where applicable)
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your active service agreements. You may receive up to 5 messages per month, though frequency may be higher during active campaigns or onboarding.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier. Marketing Depot Inc. is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Supported Carriers
Participating carriers include but are not limited to: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support may vary.
No Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS consent data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and use your personal information, including contact details, only for the purposes of delivering our services and communicating with you.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information collected may include:

- Business details and marketing goals
- Campaign performance data and service history
- Payment information (processed securely through third-party processors)
5. Client Agreements & Proposals
All proposals provided by Marketing Depot Inc. are non-binding until a written service agreement is signed by both parties. Pricing, deliverables, and timelines are subject to the terms outlined in your individual client contract.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your individual service agreement. Marketing Depot Inc. may require an initial deposit or retainer prior to commencing services. Failure to remit payment per agreed terms may result in service suspension or termination of the agreement.
7. Intellectual Property
All strategies, frameworks, tools, reports, and deliverables created by Marketing Depot Inc. remain the intellectual property of Marketing Depot Inc. until full payment has been received. Upon payment in full, applicable deliverables will transfer to the client as outlined in the service agreement.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, strategies, or data shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marketing Depot Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or communications, including but not limited to loss of revenue, leads, or search rankings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question during the preceding 90 days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
